Patient Appreciation Day Aug. 2nd from 8:30am to 2:00pm will be Patient Appreciation Day! On this day current patients will be able to bring in a few school supplies in exchange for treatment. All donations will go to kids in Wilmore. Flyers will be sent out with this information to our current patients. Needed supplies are listed below: 2 spiral notebooks box of crayons scissors pencil bag/case 5 pencils 2 glue sticks box of markers 1-2 plastic folders cash also excepted *You have the right to rescind within 72 hours, any obligation to pay for services performed in addition to this free or discounted service. |
